223d09f6b5 replaced T() makro with wxT() due to namespace probs, _T() exists, too 
fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code
compiles and links fine on Solaris, runs with samples and Mahogany

678d9f2a42 Removed USING_CONFIGURE define. As VZ pointed out, checking HAVE_CONFIG_H 
is enough to find out wether we're building with configure.

84fff0b395 More Unicode stuff. Implemented wxFprintf. 
Some printfs changed to wxPrintf, fprintf to wxFprintf, as well as the
usual char->wxChar and _T().

2. const added in params in postscrp.[h,cpp] in order to compile with
_().
3. Some .cvsignore added. (I did not found any .cvsignore in repository,
it is rather hard to compile something without them...)
