03647350fc No changes, just removed hard tabs and trailing white space. 
This commit is huge but there are no non-white-space changes in it.

Some files containing third-party sources (src/msw/wince/time.cpp,
src/x11/pango*.cpp) were left unchanged.

9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT(). 
Standardize on using a single macro across all wxWidgets sources and solve the name clash with Sun CC standard headers (see #10660).

d90ef8e4c2 only set maximal tooltip width if it's greater than the previously set one to avoid breaking long lines if a shorter tooltip is added afterwards (see #10537)

c9f7896861 first phase of transition to unified Unicode build: 
1. changed c_str() to return wxCStrData (implicitly convertible to wxChar*)
2. added template type-safe wrappers for vararg functions
3. added wxUniChar class representing single Unicode character
4. changed wxString::operator[] and wxString::iterator to return wxUniChar

543a99218d Use the width of the widest line (not the first line) for the max 
width of the tooltip.  Also, don't set a narrower width if the tooltip
control already has a wider one.  It will automatically adjust smaller
if needed based on the \n's in the text.

2a1f999faf Applied patch [ 1171542 ] access static class members via scoping operator 
Paul Cornett: A static class member can be accessed as X::member,
there is no need for an object or pointer (s.member or
p->member). There are also a few bugs with incorrect
usage of wxString::Format and wxString::FromAscii.

8614c46755 1. '\n's in tooltip messages are handled (replaced by spaces anyhow, tooltip 
made multiline if comctl32 supports it)
2. added wxTAB_TRAVERSAL to default wxScrolledWindow style
3. improved arrows handling in radiobox (still problems for multirow ones)
4. [Alt]-<mnemonic> works in nested panels as well now because we use
   WS_EX_CONTROLPARENT for all windows with wxTAB_TRAVERSAL style
5. tooltips for radioboxes work again, even if I'm not really satisfied with
   solution :-( but I spent 2 hours trying to make TTM_WINDOWFROMPOINT handler
   work and I don't have more time to waste on this.
