8f8d58d193 Use wx-prefixed macros throughout the repository. 
Change {DECLARE,IMPLEMENT}_*CLASS and {DECLARE,BEGIN,END}_EVENT_TABLE
occurrences to use the wx-prefixed version of the macros.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

a1b806b982 Replaced Ok() occurrences with IsOk() throughout trunk. 
Additionally renamed wxOSX' private wxNativePrinterDC::Ok() function to IsOk().

Didn't deprecate the various Ok() functions: given the amount of changes already introduced in 3.0 a trivial one like this seems more suitable for after 3.0.

081d8d96db Move wxColourData and wxFontData into separate files. 
This eliminates a linking dependency that would drag in the printing
code for any program that used wxColourDialog or wxFontDialog (which
is currently all of them, due to more link dependencies...)

5276b0a53c Use wxDELETE() and wxDELETEA() when possible. 
Use wxDELETE[A]() functions which automatically NULL out their arguments after
deleting them instead of doing it manually.

Closes #9685.

9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT().

aa96f01c02 Add PrivData() field to wxPrintData since MSW's printer 
sometimes seem to save data in an extra field. The
    original author of the patch chose to save it in char*
    so I kept that, although void* would probably be correct.
    The patch is against 2.4.2 and the code has been reshuffled
    since then so that the patch had to be redone entirely.

72259e0063 wxUSE_POSTSCRIPT is not a sufficient test by itself for 
wxPostScriptPrintNative data.  This is probably still not
100% correct but at least msw builds again for mingw now.

Fixed bogus eof (and removed junk whitespace) from mediactl.

6038ec8eaf Next phase of Print Factory code. 
Created a mini interface so that the generic
    wxPrintDialog can show a "printer" and a
    "status" line if the print factory wants
    this to be the case.
    Moved some code (print mode) back from the
    PostScript only print data to the general
    print data since it is sort of general.
