This fixes the changes of commit 3543ae0177
which didn't work if any of the globals using wxPreRegisterAnyToVariant() were
instantiated before g_wxAnyValueTypeGlobals itself.
Wrap the global inside a function to ensure that we initialized it before it
is used by wxPreRegisterAnyToVariant() and not after.
It can happen that an application using wxWidgets doesn't actually use it,
e.g. because it runs in the console mode and doesn't need the GUI stuff. In
this case, g_wxAnyValueTypeGlobals was leaked because the cleanup function of
the module, which is supposed to clean it up, was never executed.
Fix this by making this pointer a smart pointer, thus making sure that the CRT
cleans it up even if we don't. We still do it from the module OnExit() to
account for the possibility of initializing and shutting down the library more
than once.
Don't support this compiler any more, this allows to get rid of tons of
MSVC6-specific workarounds, in particular we can now use Bind() and natural
template functions calls in the library code.
Also remove MSVC6 project and solution files and don't generate them when
bakefile_gen is ran any more (removing the remaining occurrences of msvc6prj
from the bakefiles results in weird bake-time errors, so it's simpler to just
leave them there).

Make overriding virtual methods more explicit and enable additional checks
provided by C++11 compilers when "override" is used.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Apparently the heap corruption problems in wxOSX/PPC build are due to using
wxString::ToDouble() and not anything done specifically in wxAny at all.

Applied patch by snowleopard2 fixing a bunch of typos such as misspellings and double words in the documentation. Combined the patch with some local queued typos waiting to be committed as well as adding new typo fixes inspired by the patch.
Function names with American spelling were not changed nor was third-party code touched. The only code changes involve some changes in strings that are translated ("Can not" -> "Cannot").
Closes#13063 (again).

Use wxDELETE[A]() functions which automatically NULL out their arguments after
deleting them instead of doing it manually.

The old code tried to work around the lack of unsigned __int64 to double
conversion in VC6 by casting from UseUintMax to wxAnyBaseIntType but this was
wrong as this value was -1 when cast to wxAnyBaseIntType (__int64) and so
UseUintMaxF was defined as -1.0.
Use a slightly uglier but simpler work around now: just define the constants
as macros instead of (typed) variables and let the compiler deal with literal
values on its own (which it does correctly).
This fixes the unit test failure: conversion from double to unsigned always
failed when using VC6.

This allows to remove WXDLLIMPEXP_BASE from the class declaration and should
hopefully fix VC6 linking errors when building the unit test.
