78b65191d6 Fix most of the Objective-C GC problems by using the stronger CFRetain/CFRelease in wxObjcAutoRef. 
Actually use wxObjcAutoRef for the wxNSViewNotificationObserver singleton to keep it from being finalized.

40d19e2b59 Merged 47384 from svn trunk: 
Improve static_cfref_cast so that it can be used without causing an unnecessary retain/release in the case when one is only using the cast to convert to a more-derived raw CF ref type.

2d654f593f Merged 47226 from trunk: 
Don't include <CoreFoundation/CFBase.h> because it in turn includes MacTypes.h which causes too much namespace pollution.
Instead, declare the CFTypeRef type and the CFRelease and CFRetain functions.

a8d69700fc add default value for the encoding parameter of wxMacCFStringHolder() instead of passing wxLocale::GetSystemEncoding() which doesn't work when wxUSE_INTL == 0 to it in many places (replaces 2nd part of patch 1501724)

da9e956384 Make wxJoystick::GetNumberJoystick a static method, as the number of 
joysticks attached to the computer is a global property, not one of the
specific instance. Patch from Lauri Nurmi.

65442ab650 Finalize wxJoystick on mac. Note change. Pretty up joystick sample a bit. Don't logsyserror when wxSound can't find a file - its annoying.

fc480dc16b Moved wxStandardPathsCF into base library when using CarbonLib or Darwin. 
Make wxStandardPathsBase::Get() return a wxStandardPathsBase reference.
Implement it using wxAppTraits::GetStandardPaths() which is overridden by
wxMac and wxCocoa GUI libraries to return a reference to a wxStandardPathsCF.
