75ad798d8b Use GlobalPtrLock instead of manual GlobalUnlock() calls 
Make the code safer and shorter by using RAII wrapper instead of manual
Global{Lock,Unlock}() calls.

No real changes.

30b523d1f2 Remove redundant tests for __WIN32__ in wxMSW code. 
This is always defined, Win16 is not supported since ages and Win64 defines
both __WIN32__ and __WIN64__.

0b1a181c23 Fix print preview in 64 bit MinGW wxMSW builds. 
Don't hardcode wrong PRINTDLG structure size for 64 bit builds.

In fact, don't hardcode it at all as it just doesn't seem to be necessary to
do it, the comment about Cygwin getting it wrong seems to be out of date.

Closes #16256.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

017dc06b50 Use wxString::t_str() in calls to Windows API functions in wxMSW. 
Use t_str() instead of wx_str() to make the code work correctly in UTF-8 build
in which wx_str() returns a pointer to UTF-8 buffer while we need a wchar_t
pointer for Windows.

Closes #14371.

a1b806b982 Replaced Ok() occurrences with IsOk() throughout trunk. 
Additionally renamed wxOSX' private wxNativePrinterDC::Ok() function to IsOk().

Didn't deprecate the various Ok() functions: given the amount of changes already introduced in 3.0 a trivial one like this seems more suitable for after 3.0.

af7e24c33e Make wxPORTRAIT and wxLANDSCAPE elements of wxPrintOrientation enum. 
Change wxPrintData::SetOrientation() to take wxPrintOrientation instead of
int.

9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT().

43b2d5e7c3 Put braces around all calls to wxLogFunctions() inside an if statement. 
This suppresses all the remaining g++ -Wparentheses warnings and uses consistent style everywhere.

fd64de596c Renamed wxPrintNativeData methods to better match 
those of the preexisting wxMac class. This should
    make transition of the wxMac classes to the new
    wxPrintNativeData classes easier.
  Renamed wxWindowsPrintNativeData to a proper name
    that is less confusing (GetNativeData -> GetDevMode).

8850cbd3c3 First step at moving the print (dialog) native 
data into native dirs and cleaning up the code.
   The native part of wxPrintData is now created
   via the wxPrintFactory. I moved the code for
   PostScript to /src/generic/prntdlgg. and for
   MSW to its the respective dir. I only made
   wxMac compile, but it already has a native
   print data class, which should be easy to
   merge.

e5c4c38b5d Applied patch [ 709618 ] fixes drawing position in wxPrinterDC::DoBlit() 
wxPrinterDC::DoBlit() in current CVS is drawing to the
source coords rather than the dest coords. This patch
corrects that.
