13845bd57c don't trust CDIS_FOCUS flag vale in custom drawing code, it is no more correct than CDIS_SELECTED so we have to get it from the control itself directly too

e6b1317b79 modified custom draw code to fully draw the items using a font with encoding different from the system one as the native list control ignores the font encoding; seems to finally work somehow but there is still horrible flicker as the items seem to be redrawn on every mouse move over them, no idea how to avoid this

05886ed3f2 Enable wxListCtrl in report mode to be able to use images in other 
columns, if ComCtl32 >= 470.  All it needed was to add the
LVS_EX_SUBITEMIMAGES style, everything else was already in place, and
the generic control already supports it too.

0f3888a5f8 don't overwrite the existing attributes when setting one new one, i.e. SetItemBackgroundColour() after SetItemTextColour() doesn't reset the text colour to default one any more

6e21a3db8a Revert last change, which made it impossible to set a custom text color and then query the color. Instead, set the correct system/theme color when the control is created and use the original GetTextColour method.

ef86428624 In GetTextColour, use GetDefaultAttributes instead of ListView_GetTextColor because the latter seems to return black all the time (instead of the theme color)

2a1f999faf Applied patch [ 1171542 ] access static class members via scoping operator 
Paul Cornett: A static class member can be accessed as X::member,
there is no need for an object or pointer (s.member or
p->member). There are also a few bugs with incorrect
usage of wxString::Format and wxString::FromAscii.
