5c0bcb7412 Use DWORD instead of unsigned long in wxFileSystemWatcher wxMSW code.
These two types are not the same in 64 bit Cygwin builds, so fix the build by
just using DWORD everywhere.

5b43c1858d Fix handling deletion of watched directory in MSW wxFileSystemWatcher.
Don't log an incomprehensible error when the watched directory itself is
deleted, but generate wxFSW_EVENT_DELETE for it. This is consistent with the
behaviour under Unix and generally more useful.

Closes #13294.

305e766f0f Small refactoring in wxFileSystemWatcher MSW implementation.
Make wxIOCPService::GetStatus() smarter about its return value, it makes sense
to encapsulate the convention used to indicate the thread exit condition
inside wxIOCPService class itself instead of sharing it between it
wxIOCPThread itself.

It will also make it easier to detect more detailed error conditions in this
code.

d32895c5d8 Generate events with specific wxFSW_WARNING_OVERFLOW type if applicable.
This allows the program to distinguish between some other, unspecified,
warnings and this one which can and does happen whenever too many changes
occur too quickly but which has a clearly defined work around: the state kept
inside the program just needs to be refreshed by rescanning the directory anew.

See #12847.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

6eef5763a8 Check for filespec when generating events in wxFileSystemWatcher.
Instead of setting watches on individual files when a non-empty filespec is
given, always watch all the files but just ignore the events from the ones not
matching the filespec. This makes the code simpler and fixes several bugs.

See #14544.

3a2b37010c Rename wxFileSystemWatcherBase::DoAdd() to AddAny() and make it public.
Make this method public to fix compilation after the recent changes as
traverser classes can't call it otherwise (no idea why did it compile with
g++). And give it a better name just in case people decide to call it even
though it's not documented and described as private in comment (but perhaps we
could make it really public later).

ff534ba469 Fix uninitialized variable warning in wxMSW wxFileSystemWatcher code.
This warning was harmless as the variable was in fact always initialized if
the code where it was used was reached but g++ 4.6.1 is not smart enough to
see it, just as MSVC for which we already had a workaround. So initialize it
explicitly just to suppress the warning.

See #14459.

f8d3714816 Implement watching directory correctly in MSW wxFileSystemWatcher.
The directories used to be always monitored recursively, even when this wasn't
requested, in wxMSW implementation. Change this but also implement efficient
support for monitoring the entire hierarchies using the native support for
this.

Also update the sample to allow monitoring directories recursively as well.

See #12847.

4610ad4ecb Don't watch directories recursively in wxMSW wxFileSystemWatcher.
MSW implementation of this class always watched the added entries recursively,
i.e. always behaved as if the entry to watch was added using AddTree().

Fix this simply by not asking ::ReadDirectoryChangesW() to watch the entire
subtree.

See #12847.

51fb867819 Fix wxFileSystemWatcher::Remove() in wxMSW.
Removing the path watched by wxFileSystemWatcher didn't do anything in wxMSW
implementation so we still continued getting events for the changes to this
path even after calling Remove().

Fix this by really implementing Remove() properly. Also add a unit test
checking that we don't get any events after calling Remove().

See #12847.

80fdcdb90e No changes, synchronised source names that appear commented at the top of files with the actual path to the files.
Fixed commented names (path, filename, and extension) of files in include/ and src/. Prepended the names in src/ with "src/" everywhere, while starting those in include/wx/ with "wx/".

6b8ef0b35d Merge SOC2009_FSWATCHER branch into trunk.
Merges everything from the branch with only some minor changes, mostly renamed
wxUSE_FSWATCHER_{INOTIFY,KQUEUE} to wxHAS_{INOTIFY,KQUEUE}.

Add wxFileSystemWatcher and related classes.

Also introduces wxEventLoopSource.
