If neither wxCAL_SUNDAY_FIRST or wxCAL_MONDAY_FIRST was given, use
wxDateTime::GetFirstWeekDay() to automatically determine the preferred
day.
This changes the earlier default behaviour, which was to use Sunday
if not otherwise specified. However, the wxGTK native calendar control
ignored this behaviour anyway.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Use t_str() instead of wx_str() to make the code work correctly in UTF-8 build
in which wx_str() returns a pointer to UTF-8 buffer while we need a wchar_t
pointer for Windows.

Native wxMSW calendar control can show more than just the current month. When
other months are shown, ensure that they don't have marks for the days marked
in the current month as this doesn't make sense.
See #13934.

This fixes wrong display (random days could have been shown marked) when not
using wxCAL_SHOW_HOLIDAYS style. Apparently we need to set the marks
unconditionally as they are not turned off by default, so ensure we call
UpdateMarks() even without wxCAL_SHOW_HOLIDAYS.

Native month calendar functions doesn't always return correct values in the
time part of SYSTEMTIME so ignore it and use just the date component.
To simplify doing it, add helper (MSW-specific) SetFromMSWSysDate() and
GetAsMSWSysDate() functions which convert between wxDateTime and SYSTEMTIME
but take only date component into account.
This commit partially replaces changes of r63560 and closes#11276.

Windows 7 native calendar control is capable of showing more than 3 months
simultaneously in its year or decade view which is shown when the user zooms
out of the month view by double clicking the control header. This resulted in
an assert failure in the code, update it to simply not do anything in this
view.

Unlike previous versions of Windows, 7 includes the time component in the
return value of MonthCal_GetCurSel() and because of it the comparison with
m_date (which doesn't have any time part) fails.
Fix this by comparing just the date parts of the two wxDateTime objects.

This commit is huge but there are no non-white-space changes in it.
Some files containing third-party sources (src/msw/wince/time.cpp,
src/x11/pango*.cpp) were left unchanged.

A combination of a wx bug in conversion from native control week days to
wxDateTime week days and a bug of native control itself when the first week
day is not Monday resulted in the day being off by one it did start with
Monday. The new code works correctly in both Monday and Sunday cases, at least
until the bug in comctl32.dll is corrected.

This struct has gained additional fields under Vista which are not supported under previous versions. We don't use these fields but just using a bigger struct makes functions using it fail under pre-Vista systems, so don't do this.
