For GTK2, get the "inner border" the same way GTK does it. And for GTK3,
provide an actual implementation. Also, don't return a wxPoint for a size.

gtk_widget_get_preferred_size() return zero size if the GTK widget is
hidden, so show it temporarily in order to find its real preferred size.
Add a unit test checking that the best size of a hidden wxChoice is now
determined correctly.

The default background is not explicitly set on each widget, but is determined
by a parent, usually the TLW. Fixes wxDC default background color for controls.

Add wx/gtk/private/wrapgtk.h wrapping gtk/gtk.h in pragmas disabling
these warnings and include it everywhere instead of directly including
gtk/gtk.h.
Also include wx/gtk/private/gtk2-compat.h from this wrapper header as it
was included by 90% of the files including gtk/gtk.h itself and it seems
to be better and simpler to just always include it.
Use wx_is_at_least_gtk2(minor) instead of gtk_check_version(2, minor)
because it is more clear and also works as expected (i.e. returns true)
when using GTK+ 3 instead of creating difficult to notice bugs in the
code by failing the version check in this case.

So wxNO_BORDER works with other controls, such as wxBitmapButton.
Also use GTK prefix on ApplyCssStyle(), and add an overload that
creates the GtkCssProvider.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

This function can be used to size a, say, wxTextCtrl to be exactly of the size
needed to enter the given amount of text in it.
This patch adds wxGTK implementation for wxTextCtrl, wxChoice and wxCombobox;
changes to the samples and the documentation.

Make it possible to disable all the new markup-related code by setting
wxUSE_MARKUP to 0 in setup.h or using configure --disable-markup option.

Calling wxControlBase::SetLabel() only from GTKSetLabelForLabel() made its
behaviour inconsistent with GTKSetLabelWithMarkupForLabel() and also was
redundant in all but two places from which it was called, so remove this call
from this function itself and instead add it to its callers where it's really
needed.

- Introduced GTKGetWindow() which returns all GdkWindows associated with the
given wxWindow
- Renamed IsOwnGtkWindow() to GTKIsOwnWindow() to avoid confusion with the old
virtual function (the new one is non-virtual and is implemented in terms of
GTKGetWindow())
- Refactored/simplified event handlers code in gtk/window.cpp
- Fixed some header guards names (__GTKFOO__ -> _WX_GTK_FOO_H_)
- Added GTKUpdateCursor() which sets the current cursor for all windows
returned by GTKGetWindow()
- Factored out code from many different classes in wxControl::OnInternalIdle()
which now updates the cursor, checks for internal focus and sends update UI
events
