Change wxSound ctor from in-memory data to use size_t/void *.
...
This constructor previously used int and, especially annoyingly, wxByte* for
the data. Use standard void* for untyped binary data instead.
Also document this ctor as it seems to be implemented in all ports.
Closes #13451 .

No changes whatsoever, just remove trailing whitespace.

There are no real changes in this commit but it removes all trailing white
space from our source files. This avoids problems when applying patches and
making diffs and it would be nice to prevent it from reappearing.

To support playing async sounds on the stack on Mac, do not delete the wxSoundData when its wxSound object is destroyed if it's in the queue of sounds to be played. Instead, mark it to be deleted and delete it after it has played.

This suppresses all the remaining g++ -Wparentheses warnings and uses consistent style everywhere.
