2e49a8074e Don't crash on malformed HTML in wxHTML font tag handler. 
Don't try to access the first character of the size parameter value before we
are sure that it is not empty.

Closes #12812.

33ac7e6f01 Updates to fix Watcom C/C++ 11.0 compiler warning problems. Now compiles 
clean with this compiler. Hopefully I did this without breaking other
compilers.
