345c78ca5f Use wxDynamicCast() instead of IsKindOf() checks. 
wxDynamicCast() is less verbose (due to the absence of "CLASSINFO") and more
compatible with the standard dynamic_cast<>, so prefer to use it when possible.

See #14356.

a1b806b982 Replaced Ok() occurrences with IsOk() throughout trunk. 
Additionally renamed wxOSX' private wxNativePrinterDC::Ok() function to IsOk().

Didn't deprecate the various Ok() functions: given the amount of changes already introduced in 3.0 a trivial one like this seems more suitable for after 3.0.

9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT(). 
Standardize on using a single macro across all wxWidgets sources and solve the name clash with Sun CC standard headers (see #10660).

3185abc278 Support delayed destruction in console applications too.\n\nThis only works if there is a running event loop but if there is one, we can have the same kind of problems with non-GUI objects such as sockets in console applications as we have with windows in GUI ones, so we must support this (see #10989).

8aea37a9df use buffered streams to reduce the number of TCP packets used per IPC command from up to 7 to 1 for reasonably sized payloads, this dramatically (by 150 times for the IPC benchmark on a LAN) increases performance; also centralize all the streams used in a single wxIPCSocketStreams class and allocate only it on the heap instead of doing it for all of the streams

26a25f9523 Changed the #if used to turn on UNIX domain sockets to match what 
is used in sckaddr.h so wxMAC will compile again.  If wxMAC/darwin
can actually use UNIX domain sockets then this change should
probably go the other way...

1f0500b3ee 1. wxGetFullHostName() does return the full host name now under MSW 
2. wxGetEmailAddress() doesn't always return empty string...
3. status bar created under MSW is of type wxStatusBar, hence wxWin RTTI
   works for it
4. carsh in IPC sample fixed
