8da2fe32f9 The --enable-rpath configure option doesn't work the same way it did 
before.  Work around that by specifying the rpath option myself on the
setup.py command-line.

7093495299 Restructured for new style RPMs, etc. Can build all the RPMs from a 
single .spec file, by using --define parameters.

1128a89b82 The setup.py script will now install wxPython's headers as part of the 
standard install.

Moved the bulk of setup.py to wx/build/config.py so 3rd party modules
that wish to use the same setup/configuration code can do so simply by
importing this module form their own setup.py scripts.
