Export wxMSWButton::GetFittingSize() private function.
It is now used by wxCommandLinkButton from adv library and so needs to be
exported from core.

Add support for showing "elevation" icon in wxMSW buttons.
Add, document and test in the widgets sample wxButton::SetAuthNeeded().
Closes #11705.

Globally replace _T() with wxT().
Standardize on using a single macro across all wxWidgets sources and solve the name clash with Sun CC standard headers (see #10660).
