d2e70462f1 Fix for crash when wxUSE_STL=1. wxDocument::DeleteAllViews might 
delete "this", together with the list it is iterating over.

b1d4dd7add Split this out from other changes to keep things sane.. 
wxDeprecated KeyCode.
wxDeprecated old wxList compat methods.
Replaced a large number of them in the gtk build already, but there are
still plenty more so feel free to help nuke them as you find them.
s/^I/    / and s/TRUE/true/ etc. a couple of these too.

2599ee02f1 Undo/Redo update handlers now set the text as well 
as enabling/disabling, making it possible for several
different types of control to share the same menu items and
set the text differently.

8658ef93e3 The new SORT parameter for SelectViewType() and SelectDocumentType() sorted the displayed list, but the view/template returned as the one selected was corresponding to the template from the original unsorted list of templates.

52b9ca21ac Added optional parameter to SelectDocumentType() and SelectViewType() to allow the choice lists of documents/views to be alphabetically sorted if desired. Default behavior is FALSE on the sort to maintain backward compatability.

5f170f33fd 1. some patches from Janos Vegh to docview template detection 
2. fixed reentrancy bug in wxGetTranslation/wxLogError resulting in infinite
   number of messageboxes
3. wxMenuItem::GetLabelFromText("&Foo") now returns "Foo", not "&Foo" in GTK
   as well
