0a411fd5da Virtualize wxXmlNode methods used by wxAuiToolBarXmlHandler. 
This fixes the DLL build of aui library as it can now be linked without
leaving any unresolved dependencies to the code in xml library (where
wxXmlNode is implemented).

Closes #15686.

fe94d0d06a Better name for wxXmlResource::GetDirection() argument. 
'dir' is not very descriptive (of course it's a direction!), it's better
to include 'default' in the name to indicate this is the default value
to use in absence of a specific one.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

50c202914e No changes, just factor our wxDirection parsing code in wxXRC. 
Move it from wxButtonXmlHandler into a reusable wxXmlResourceHandler::
GetDirection() that can used by the other handlers too.

1f6ea93556 Make wxXmlResource::ReportError() wxXmlNode parameter const. 
This function (and the related DoReportError()) doesn't need to modify its
"context" argument so take a const-pointer in it.

See #11431.

526954c596 Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently. 
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

af0ac990fc Add wxXmlResource::LoadObjectRecursively(). 
These methods can be used to load objects from anywhere in the XRC resource
tree and not just from the top level.
