Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently.
...
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.
See #12165 .

Put braces around all calls to wxLogFunctions() inside an if statement.
...
This suppresses all the remaining g++ -Wparentheses warnings and uses consistent style everywhere.
