Use pixel size which is scaled correctly by GDI+ itself instead of the size in
points which is currently not scaled correctly by wx.

Deprecate the use of the old untyped constants but don't schedule them from
removal in a future wx version by removing "#if WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_3_0" tests
around their definition and use. Provoking deprecation warnings in the code
using these constants is worth it as they are unclear and it's easy to make
mistakes when using them, but breaking this code compilation outright can't be
justified -- even in the future.
Also use more informational wxDEPRECATED_MSG() instead of a simple
wxDEPRECATED() as it might not be obvious at all how should the code be
updated exactly.
Finally, avoid the use of deprecated constants inside the library itself.
As a side effect, this closes#15814.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

GDI+ DLL could be unloaded by wxGdiPlusModule before wxGDIPlusRendererModule::
OnExit() was called, resulting in a crash when trying to call a GDI+ function
from the latter.
Fix this by adding a correct dependency between the modules.

This reverts r72442 and restores the use of GenericTypographic string format
for GDI+ text rendering. While it's true that using this flag with small font
sizes results in pretty bad output, especially under Windows XP, not using it
results in wrong text extent calculations for all sizes which is even worse.

Using this string format results in very condensed strings when using small
fonts. The results of GDI+ font rendering are still pretty bad even without it
but they are at least slightly better.

Instead of creating StringFormat in DrawText() and Get[Partial]TextExtent[s],
create it once and simply use it from both functions.
This might be slightly more efficient as we don't waste time recreating it but
the main advantage is that it ensures that these functions use the same string
format and no discrepancies between them are possible.

This is mostly important to allow using wxImage-based wxGraphicsContext
without requiring X server connection under Unix: as wxFont can't be used
without X server, we needed another way to create wxGraphicsFont in this case.

also created from wxImage.

wxGDIPlusFontData only needs wxGDIPlusContext to get the font unit to use, so
pass the font unit directly to the ctor to allow also using it when there is
no context at hand.

Remove the now unnecessary default ctor from wxGDIPlusContext and
wxGDIPlusMeasuringContext and add a ctor taking just wxGraphicsRenderer that
can be useful to the derived classes instead.
Merge Init() and SetDefaults() and initialize everything at once in the new
Init() now.

This doesn't make any sense because classes such as wxGDIPlusContext,
wxGDIPlusMeasuringContext and wxMacCoreGraphicsContext are private and don't
need to be creatable by name (only renderers potentially need to be) and was
inconsistent with Unix/Cairo backend in which these classes were not dynamic.
So remove wxRTTI macros from them in wxMSW/wxOSX as well as this allows us to
get rid of unnecessary default ctors.

done for GDI+.
* Enable the use of the wxCairoContext on MSW.
* Enable creating a wxGCDC from an exisiting wxGraphicsContext.
* Since it's possible for a DLL that is using wx to not be on the PATH nor in
the same location as the .exe, change the wxDynamicLibrary::RawLoad method to
explicitly look first in the same place as the main wx-using binary. This way
it will find DLLs that are in the same folder as the wx-using binary even if
that would not be in the normal DLL search path.
* Change wxDCImpl and wxDC::GetLogicalScale to be const methods.

As the implementation of this method is basically the same for all ports move
it to the base class itself instead of requiring the derived classes to

members instead.

wxDC::GetTempHDC() method provides a convenient and safe way to retrieve HDC
from a wxDC object, whether it is using GDI or GDI+. It is implemented using
(MSW-specific) virtual functions in wxDC and so doesn't need ugly hacks like
wxDynamicCast which were used in src/msw/renderer.cpp to achieve the same
effect.
Also, we now use GetTempHDC() consistently in all wxMSW rendering methods as
the old GraphicsHDC was only used in some of them meaning that many methods
didn't work at all with wxGCDC.
