3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

926df8a162 Add wxFileDialog::GetCurrentlySelectedFilename(). 
Also send wxEVT_UPDATE_UI events for the extra controls in wxFileDialog.

The combination of these changes allows extra controls to update their state
depending on the current selection in the dialog. Show a simple example of
doing it in the dialogs sample.

Closes #15235.

68a8473f93 Add documentation of wxFileSelectorEx() and wx{Load,Save}FileSelector(). 
Document all wxFileDialog-related functions and not just wxFileSelector().

0b59366faa Better documentation for the default parameters values.

83527a0ab2 Document that wxFD_FILE_MUST_EXIST is implied under OS X. 
Mention in the documentation that the standard file open dialog under OS X
can't be used to select a non-existing file.

526954c596 Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently. 
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.
