8f8d58d193 Use wx-prefixed macros throughout the repository. 
Change {DECLARE,IMPLEMENT}_*CLASS and {DECLARE,BEGIN,END}_EVENT_TABLE
occurrences to use the wx-prefixed version of the macros.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

ef20428e99 Don't compare invalid iterators in wxCommandProcessor::IsDirty(). 
Check that m_lastSavedCommand is valid before comparing it with
m_currentCommand as comparing invalid iterators results in an assert in STL
build (and probably should also result in an assert in non-STL build too for
consistency).

Also move IsDirty() implementation out of line to make it easier to modify it
further in the future and because there is no real reason to keep it inline.

Closes #13465.

b1d4dd7add Split this out from other changes to keep things sane.. 
wxDeprecated KeyCode.
wxDeprecated old wxList compat methods.
Replaced a large number of them in the gtk build already, but there are
still plenty more so feel free to help nuke them as you find them.
s/^I/    / and s/TRUE/true/ etc. a couple of these too.

af49c4b8a2 disable use of #pragma interface under Mac OS X 
GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer
Tools update contain a bug concerning #pragma interface handling that can only
be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)
