8e75dca831 don't check that the cursor is over the window calling SetCursor(), it might have captured it and so want to change the cursor even when it's outside the window boundaries

f350d4b2ee If context menu not handled, treat as left click instead. 
If handled, don't send a left click event.

ed5bc8f1bf return non-numpad key codes from wxCharCodeMSWToWX() if it is called with lParam==0 (this happens only when it's not called from WM_KEYDOWN/UP/CHAR handler and so we don't have information about which key was really pressed)

7dd40b6f4b Added wxGetMouseState which returns the current state of the mouse. 
Returns an instance of a wxMouseState object that contains the current
position of the mouse pointer in screen coordinants, as well as
boolean values indicating the up/down status of the mouse buttons and
the modifier keys.  Implemented for wxMSW, wxGTK and wxMac.

c358ea4147 filter out duplicate mouse move events too; moved last mouse event info from wxWindow class to static variables (there is only one mouse in the system after all, no need to duplicate this data in all windows)

cff58b5299 Send mouse leave events in HandleMouseMove if HAVE_TRACKMOUSEEVENT is defined and the window has captured the mouse. This used to be done in OnInternalIdle, which now only sends leave events when HAVE_TRACKMOUSEEVENT is *not* defined. Patch from Jamie Gadd, posted 9/10/2005 on wx-dev.
