Added new functions SetButtonMinSizeClass() and
SetButtonMaxSizeClass() that set a button's minimum
and maximum allowed size class during ribbon layout collapsing.
Size classes are values from wxRibbonButtonBarButtonState enum.
wxRibbonButtonBar::MakeLayouts() and
wxRibbonButtonBar::TryCollapseLayout() are modified to support
this new behaviour.
The modified wxRibbonButtonBar provate layout routines are
aware of wxRIBBON_BUTTONBAR_BUTTON_SMALL which is not implemented
yet in MSW wxRibbonMSWArtProvider::DrawButtonBarButtonForeground.
Added new function SetButtonText() which modifies labels of
existing ribbon button bar buttons.
The new function SetButtonTextMinWidth() is used to specify the
label width in advance so that lables can be changed without
recalculating the layout.
wxRibbonArtProvider is modified to support these operation.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).
The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

Add the possibility to retrieve the client data associated with a button and
not only set it (which wasn't very useful on its own).
Also allow having both typed (owned) and untyped (not owned) client data, as
in the other wxWidgets controls.
To avoid confusion between two different kinds of data, remove "client_data"
argument from the functions adding buttons and provide separate methods with
distinct names for setting and getting client data.

Generate wxUpdateUIEvent for the ribbon buttons to allow updating their state
using wxEVT_UPDATE_UI. Also update the same to show this.

Arrays of pointers must not overload operator->() as it is not used with them
and is, in fact, unusable, provoking a warning from Sun CC every time such
array is declared. Use the special _PTR-suffixed versions to avoid this.

There are no real changes in this commit but it removes all trailing white
space from our source files. This avoids problems when applying patches and
making diffs and it would be nice to prevent it from reappearing.
