Move declaration of wxOwnerDrawnBase::ms_defaultMargin to correct file.
Do not include headers when wxUSE_UIACTIONSIMULATOR is disabled.
Add guards for wxUSE_DRAG_AND_DROP.
Use a different wxFont constructor in printing sample, which is also available in WXQT.
It might be better to just remove it completely as legacy code is
unlikely to be built with wxQt, but for now at least deprecate it to
make this consistent with the other ports.
The default alignment of the text in wxSpinCtrl was changed to "right"
in 7e4952db83, which added alignment
support (see #10621), but this made it inconsistent with the native
up-down control under MSW and, perhaps more importantly, with spin
controls created from XRC as the default style was never modified there
and did not include wxALIGN_RIGHT.
Resolve this inconsistency by reverting to left-aligning the text by
default.
This fixes a missing include in qt/nonownedwnd.cpp and a missing method
in qt/glcanvas.cpp, allowing the build to complete again. A number of
missing wxOVERRIDE statements were added to reduce the important number of
compiler warnings about those missing labels.
There are no longer any qt headers included in wx/qt headers.
Applications do not need to link with qt librarys anymore, only wxqt libraries.
wxWindow and derived widgets only contain one pointer to their qtwidget, no longer
carrying both base and derived pointers in parallel as was before.
The two existing structs were completely identical, just replace them with a
single wxItemAttr.
Notice that wxDataViewItemAttr is not quite the same, although pretty similar,
so it remains separate for now. It would be nice to combine it with this one
too in the future, e.g. to make it simpler to make items bold in a wxListCtrl.
Using the library wasn't really possible with all the debug messages it
generated, so either suppress them completely or turn them into trace messages
which can be activated on demand if needed.
(remove global function to handle destroyed signal)
This is needed for applications because the global function is not exported, yet it
is used by the opengl library. An alternative is to add utils.cpp to the opengl library

Now the type of the value returned by Red, Green, Blue and Alpha methods are consistent with wxGTK and wxMSW.
This could fix ticket #16713 (symbols exported)

m_qtWindow should be used instead of m_qtMessageBox (removed). If not, PostCreation() cannot call wxMessageDialog::GetHandle() as it is virtual (and it is called from the ctor), so it fails to set the base window pointer, raising a SIGSEGV in wxWindow::DoSetSize (for more info, see architecture in docs)

This makes it possible to refer to the associated wxVariant types without hard
coding the string constants, i.e. instead of writing "string" (error prone as
typos are not detected) it is now possible to write wxDataViewTextRenderer::
GetDefaultType().
This will also make it simpler to write generic (in C++ templates sense) code
using renderers.

This is done in preparation for adding a new wxCursor method and will allow us
to define it in a single place by default instead of having to provide stubs
for all ports.
See #16539.

No real changes, but this is more consistent with the other controls.
It also highlights the ports which use non-default style, e.g. wxQt where
wxNO_BORDER should probably not be used as part of default toolbar style but
rather added in the ctor implementation.
Closes#16667.
