clang doesn't seem to like __declspec in typedefs, so declare the class
first using the macro expanding into __declspec and don't use it in the
typedef later.
Closes#18196.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.
Closes#14487.

Previously, wxUSE_STL enabled both implicit conversion of wxString to
std::[w]string and use of standard containers for the implementation of their
wx equivalents. Split up the two roles now by allowing to enable the use of
the standard containers independently of (backwards incompatible) implicit
conversion in wxString and actually enable wxUSE_STD_CONTAINERS by default.

when !WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_24. It is faster. It is almost 100%
compatible, too, the only difference being Next() return value
type.

the old implementation based upon wxHashMap. Removed support
for wxHashTable in wxHashMap.
Rationale: using wxHashMap for wxHashTable implementation required
special support in wxHashMap. This precluded using STL-provided
hash_map to implement wxHashMap. This new implementation does not
use keyed wxList interface and should be almost totally compatible
with the old non-STL wxHashTable.

wxHashTable must work like an hash_multimap, not an hash_map.
wxHashTable::Delete is supposed to actually delete entries
more tests in console sample.

Moved wx/datetime.inl contents to wx/datetime.h and removed
inline redefinition hack.
Implemented STL-like interface on top of wxList/wxArray, when wxUSE_STL=0.
Implemented wxList-like and wxArray interfaces on top of std::list and
std::vector, when wxUSE_STL=1.
Added arrstr.h, moved wxArrayString declaration there; string.h
#includes arrstr.h only if WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_4 is enabled.
Added WX_CLEAR_HASH_MAP, WX_CLEAR_HASH_TABLE, WX_CLEAR_LIST macros,
to clear a wxHashMap, wxHashTable, wxList containing pointers: deletes
pointers and makes container zero-sized.
When wxUSE_STL=1, wxStringList works like a std::list<wxString>.
Made wxBase compile when wxUSE_STL=1.

GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer

be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)

wxHelpProvider::RemoveHelp, which is now called from ~wxWindowBase.
Without cleaning up the hash tables, reused window addresses will cause
the CS help to fail rather comically over time.
