549acf6e80 Implement wxPropertyGrid as wxScrolled 
Scrolling operations and related calculations are simpler when wxPG is implemented as wxScrolled instead of wxScrollHelper.

f4b56f67ec Improve documentation of wxPropertyGrid::MakeColumnEditable() 
Explain that column must be different from 1 in the documentation and in
the (already existing) assert checking it.

afdfc02a49 Allow changing wxPropertyGridManager wxPG_EX_NO_TOOLBAR_DIVIDER style 
Currently this style can be set only at toolbar creation and cannot
be changed afterwards.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

5aabd64cf2 Synchronize wxPropertyGrid documentation with the real API. 
Document DoRegisterEditorClass() (even though it's not really clear whether it
should be documented); remove the inexistent SetButtonShortcut() documentation
and other minor fixes.

Closes #13995.

4c51a665c6 Fixed various typos. 
Applied patch by snowleopard2 fixing a bunch of typos such as misspellings and double words in the documentation. Combined the patch with some local queued typos waiting to be committed as well as adding new typo fixes inspired by the patch.

Function names with American spelling were not changed nor was third-party code touched. The only code changes involve some changes in strings that are translated ("Can not" -> "Cannot").

Closes #13063 (again).

Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

8d2c70414c Added wxPropertyGrid::DedicateKey(), which prevents specific key presses from being eaten by editor controls. This is useful for customizing keyboard navigation. Also added utility function wxPGFindInVector<>(), which is used in the new code, and also in some other places.

644b283d6a Store property name and value in wxPropertyGridEvent, keep track of live event instances, and clear property/grid information in them in wxPropertyGrid dtor. This allows application to relay events for later processing without fear of losing most relevant information within.

521f1d8371 wxPropertyGrid: added wxPG_NO_INTERNAL_BORDER, wxPG_EX_NO_TOOLBAR_DIVIDER 
and wxPG_EX_TOOLBAR_SEPARATOR styles for finer control over borders.
Borders around property grid are now native for consistency.
Some strange VC6 compiler errors fixed, plus size assertion in
sample.
