ac9b3a4c37 Use Cmd-click, not Apply-click, to select items in wxVListBox. 
Using Apple key here under Mac was unexpected, we should use Cmd which
corresponds to Ctrl used under the other platforms and which is already mapped
to it by wxKeyboardState::ControlDown().

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

ce7fe42e84 Provide shorter synonyms for wxEVT_XXX constants. 
Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).

The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

Closes #10661.

7d0cf3f9be Fix scrolling in small wxVListBox with tall items. 
Scrolling in a small wxVListBox with tall items (i.e. taller than the height
of wxVListBox itself) behaved wrongly: wrong item was being scrolled into view
and Page Up/Down didn't scroll as much as they should.

Fix both of these problems by checking for these corner cases explicitly.

Closes #13454.

526954c596 Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently. 
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

293987e80c wxOwnerDrawnComboBox: handle numpad navigation keys. 
For consitency with the native control, up/down/pgup/pgdown keys should
be handled even when pressed on the numpad.

9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT().

a047aff270 Added wxBORDER_THEME, wxWindow::GetDefaultBorderForControl(), wxWindow::CanApplyThemeBorder(). 
wxTextCtrl and wxSearchCtrl now get the correct border on wxMSW, and the wxRichTextCtrl sample
also now demonstrates correct borders.

80c700cba9 Use wxWANTS_CHARS style so cursor keys can be used on wxMSW, send 
wxNavigationKeyEvents on MSW since WANTS_CHARS will block those, and
inherit font and colors like wxListBox does.
