7c2cbd8316 Hid the GNUism in Makefile.in from other makes. 
Make -python conflict/replace -dbg-python to make them easier to switch.
Really don't build -dbg-python by default.
Added a warning about the project name change for 2.5 to README.Debian.

6e176faf01 Enabled std_iostreams for the package builds. 
Added more automagic python versioning so the packages don't
need to depend on a specific default python version.
The version that they were built with now only need to be
available, not the system default.

Bumped debian version.

0b9ab0bd82 Added new dynamic loading classes. (which handle proper 
wxRTTI and wxModule initialisation and unloading)
Removed serialisation code from wxObject and elsewhere.
Added USER_EXPORTED hash and list macros.
Added *_PLUGGABLE_CLASS defines for exporting dynamic wxObjects
from dlls.
