223d09f6b5 replaced T() makro with wxT() due to namespace probs, _T() exists, too 
fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code
compiles and links fine on Solaris, runs with samples and Mahogany

e90c1d2a19 many changes; major ones:

7f555861b7 Made wxStubs compile on Unix. 
Improvements to doc/view on MDI, including multiple menus for wxFileHistory.

c67daf8777 General tidy-up (mainly typecasts) to allow the use of the SGI native 
compilers (tested on Irix 6.5 with -mips3 -n32).
