This method draws only the grid lines for the cells in the specified range and
not for all of them.
It is not used yet but will be by the upcoming wxGrid::Render(), see #14294.

Extract the actual drawing of the lines into a new DoDrawGridLines() method.
This will be used by the upcoming commits for drawing grid lines for a part of
the grid only, see #14294.

HideRow() was simply ignored as SetRowSize(row, 0) didn't do anything. Check
for the special value of 0 and allow it, just as it was done for the columns
since r57336.

Fully qualify the hasher and comparator classes used with
WX_DECLARE_HASH_{SET,MAP} macros as they're used as base classes by the
standard library implementation in g++ 4.7 and using them without the scope
operator results in compilation errors because they're interpreted as being
(inaccessible) base classes and not the global ones.
git-svn-id: https://svn.wxwidgets.org/svn/wx/wxWidgets/trunk@70556 c3d73ce0-8a6f-49c7-b76d-6d57e0e08775
Macros from WX_DECLARE_HASH_SET family could declare an operator->() which
could never be called because it returned a pointer to a non-object (e.g. a
pointer or a primitive type).
Fix this in the same way as for WX_DECLARE_ARRAY macros by adding (badly but
consistently) named _PTR variants of the macros to allow defining the versions
without operator->().
This fixes tons of warnings when building wx with Sun CC.

We erroneously removed too many elements from m_colLabels array (basically we
always removed all the elements remaining after this column, irrespectively of
the actual number of columns to delete), fix this by removing at most the
specified number of columns -- or possibly less if the array isn't entirely
filled.

Applied patch by snowleopard2 fixing a bunch of typos such as misspellings and double words in the documentation. Combined the patch with some local queued typos waiting to be committed as well as adding new typo fixes inspired by the patch.
Function names with American spelling were not changed nor was third-party code touched. The only code changes involve some changes in strings that are translated ("Can not" -> "Cannot").
Closes#13063 (again).

The column resizing code in wxGrid didn't take account of the fact that the
column positions and indices could be different. Correct it by inserting calls
to wxGrid::GetColAt() and GetColPos() in a new wxGridOperations::GetLineBefore()
method.
Closes#11984.

wxGrid scrolled completely to the right in row selection mode as it was always
trying to make the bottom right selection corner visible. This was due to
adjusting the selection block corner to cover the entire row in this mode (of
course, the same was true for the column selection mode too).
Don't do this any more as it's unnecessary, making the real selection block
corner visible is enough for the block selection mode and nothing else is
needed in row/column modes.

Replace many comments indicating that the C cast used was really a
const_cast<> with the proper cast itself. There is no reason to not use it any
longer, all the supported compilers understand it.

We used the translation in wrong direction, i.e. interpreted x coordinates as
rows and y coordinates as columns. This could result in passing invalid cell
indices to GetCellSize() and was generally completely wrong.

For some unknown reason wxGrid decided to store its scroll units in its own
m_scrollLine[XY] variables instead of just using the base wxScrollWindow class
m_[xy]ScrollPixelsPerLine ones. And, of course, the two could get out of sync
because wxGrid didn't update the base class version correctly.
Just don't duplicate these values at all and use the base class fields. This
makes the code simpler and also fixes changing the size of the scroll units.

The code in wxGrid::AutoSizeColOrRow() was using uninitialized col/row
variable if the grid had no rows/columns, resulting in assertion failures when
trying to automatically size the columns of an empty grid.
Do initialize them now and also remove duplicate assignments to the variables
which never change inside the loop.

The column was being always dropped after the column at drop position but this
was incorrect and didn't correspond to the visual feedback drawn by
wxHeaderCtrl: if the drop position is over the "near" part of the column, the
column should be dropped before it instead.
Do the check for this in wxGrid code too now.

Unexpected/unaccounted for mouse leaving and entering events stopped the drag
operation currently in progress in wxGrid. And while it was resumed later,
this resulted in the mouse being captured only twice but released only once.

don't capture the mouse again.

The total size of a multi-span cell was accounted for each row/column it
covered, resulting in too much space being allocated to them.

Behaviour of GetCellSize() may be very surprising for the unwary as it can
return negative or null "size" of the cell.
Add CellSpan return value to allow the caller to check what kind of cell are
we dealing with easier.
Also document the new return value as well as the function (and matching
SetCellSize()) itself carefully as its behaviour is far from obvious.

wxGridCellAttr didn't provide any way to query its alignment attributes
without falling back to the (always defined) default alignment so the code in
wxGridCellNumberRenderer and similar classes simply always used right
alignment,
Add a new wxGridCellAttr::GetNonDefaultAlignment() function which allows to
retrieve the alignment defined in the attribute and use it to use right
alignment by default but allow overriding it.
Add a test to the sample showing a non right-aligned numeric cell.
Incidentally fix a long-standing bug in wxGridCell{DateTime,Enum}Renderers
which used wxRIGHT instead of wxALIGN_RIGHT and so were not aligned properly
even by default.
