3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

0ee169da2b Add wxListCtrl::EnableAlternateRowColours() and SetAlternateRowColour(). 
Add methods to simply enable alternative row background colours in wxListCtrl.

Closes #14618.

1e20681c9e Implement constrained best size calculation in wxMSW wxListCtrl. 
This fixes wxListbook controller size to avoid spurious scrollbars.

Closes #13898.

94248d2ed1 Implement best size calculation for report mode wxListCtrl. 
Use the column labels to determine the minimal width required by the control
to show them all in full.

Also declare all image list and column-related wxListCtrl methods in
wxListCtrlBase now as we need some of them in DoGetBestClientSize()
implementation.

a9bd911fde Replace 3 copies of wxListCtrl mode tests with a single one in wxListCtrlBase. 
Move InReportView() and IsVirtual() into the base class as they were the same
in all the implementations.

64ac3db840 Update all controls using in-place editors to handle Escape/Return correctly. 
Define EVT_CHAR_HOOK handlers to ensure that pressing Escape/Return while an
in-place edit control is active affects only it and is not used for the
keyboard navigation.

Closes #9102.

b19b28c8fc Implement wx-prefixed macros versions of DECLARE/IMPLEMENT*CLASS macros. 
Implement compatibility aliases for non-prefixed macro names.
Require a final semicolon where possible.
Correct a recurring error in the docs: IMPLEMENT/DECLARE_CLASS are alias to the DYNAMIC macros, not to the ABSTRACT macros.

b6812a6f19 Add column parameter to wxListCtrl::GetItemText(). 
Allow retrieving the text from columns other than the first one directly.

Add implementations for MSW and generic versions, documentation and a unit
test.

Closes #11597.

90c6edd706 TLW default item changes have changed Enter key processing: it was now handled as TAB even for controls such as wxTree/ListCtrl which need it themselves; fix this by checking for VK_RETURN in these classes MSWShouldPreProcessMessage() implementation; also removed specific test for wxTextCtrl in wxWindowMSW::MSWProcessMessage() and simplified its code

e6b1317b79 modified custom draw code to fully draw the items using a font with encoding different from the system one as the native list control ignores the font encoding; seems to finally work somehow but there is still horrible flicker as the items seem to be redrawn on every mouse move over them, no idea how to avoid this
