bd0a76e228 1. derived wxMSW radio box from static box because it includes the box anyhow 
2. changed it to use wxSubwindows to cut down code duplication
3. deprecated Get/SetNumberOfRowsOrCols() which didn't do anything in neither
   MSW nor GTK (this is the only change in GTK code)

64133c38ea Under WinCE, we need to send the groupbox z position to the bottom 
to reveal the controls that were created after the group control.

584ad2a32f Added some missing STL-like wxArray/wxArrayString constructors. 
Added helper class wxCArrayString, better replacement for
wxArrayString::GetStringArray.
  Added overloaded constructors and Create() methods taking
a wxArrayString for wxCheckListBox, wxChoice, wxComboBox,
wxListBox, wxRadioBox, wxSingleChoiceDialog, wxMultipleChoiceDialog.

33ac7e6f01 Updates to fix Watcom C/C++ 11.0 compiler warning problems. Now compiles 
clean with this compiler. Hopefully I did this without breaking other
compilers.
