97c7d01d12 Rename the C++ Iterator class to Accessor, and add a Python Iterator 
class that implements the Python itrerator interface.

d4a724d407 Make it possible to tell wxXmlResource which domain to pull 
translatable strings from.

Make the wxLocale::GetString methods virtual so they can be overridden
in derived classes.
