b1314bbca4 Fix display of PNG images in wxHTML when GIF is disabled 
Too much code was taken in "#if wxUSE_GIF" check, move Layout() out from it to
make PNG images work even if GIF support is disabled.

Closes #17181

33ad33d447 Add wxOVERRIDE and use it in common and wxOSX code. 
Make overriding virtual methods more explicit and enable additional checks
provided by C++11 compilers when "override" is used.

Closes #16100.

534f87c6c4 Avoid using wxHtmlTag::HasParam() unnecessarily. 
Use GetParamAsXXX() accessors instead as they combine the calls to HasParam()
and GetParam() and make the code shorter and avoid the duplication of the tag
name.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

2767360fa8 Check the number of points in the image map in wxHTML. 
Don't crash if an <area> element is incorrect and doesn't have the required
number of coords attributes.

Closes #15348.

a0393f9725 Fix handling of spaces after <img> tag in wxHTML. 
Don't collapse the spaces following this tag with the ones preceding it.

9915cdc960 Convert image tags to text using their alt attribute in wxHTML. 
This is useful when copying wxHtmlWindow contents to clipboard, for example.

a1b806b982 Replaced Ok() occurrences with IsOk() throughout trunk. 
Additionally renamed wxOSX' private wxNativePrinterDC::Ok() function to IsOk().

Didn't deprecate the various Ok() functions: given the amount of changes already introduced in 3.0 a trivial one like this seems more suitable for after 3.0.

9b35f81e41 Suppress warnings about double to int truncation in wxHTML code. 
Actually it's not totally clear if truncation or rounding was intended here
but when in doubt preserve the old code semantics.
