43b5058d59 1. status bar can now be positioned on top (and anywhere, in fact) 
2. status bar without wxST_SIZEGRIP style won't have the size grip (wow)
3. scrollbars don't get the cursor of the main window any more
4. introduced wxSetCursorEvent and use it in wxSplitterWindow

cbc66a2704 1. wxProgressDialog uses wxWindowDisabler, not (dumb) wxEnableTopLevelWindows 
2. some more wxWindowDisabler bugs fixed (updated dialogs sample to test them)
3. Esc won't close the dialogs without cancel button under MSW
4. status bar can be child of windows of clases other than wxFrame
   (updated statbar sample to show it)

223d09f6b5 replaced T() makro with wxT() due to namespace probs, _T() exists, too 
fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code
compiles and links fine on Solaris, runs with samples and Mahogany

edccf4281b 1. wxDialogs are now destroyed when they go out of scope 
2. [GS]etDefaultItem() are now in wxPanel, not wxWindow
3. better checking for g_isPainting - hopefully no more false asserts
4. wxListCtrl not recreated any more when view changes, this corrects
   the bug with selection not working after view mode change
5. wxListCtrl now generates wxEVT_ITEM_ACTIVATED event
6. you can now press/toggle a button with a space
7. couple of other minor fixes

42e69d6b43 1. wxMSW seems to work (please test and send your bug reports!) 
2. accelerators in the menus a la GTK (actually slightly better) implemented
3. wxSplitter now uses events (and so the code which was broken by recent changes
   works again)

ba681060f3 1. wxLoad/SaveFileSelector return "wxString" instead of "char *"

8b9518ee4a Fixed const problems in status bar code, changed panelg.cpp temporarily to 
stop infinite loop, added notebook.cpp in wxMSW makefiles. Fixed #pragma
in utilscmn.cpp YET again.
