3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

c56fd7a304 Use both URL-specific and plain text formats in wxGTK wxURLDataObject. 
Just as in wxMSW, it makes sense to put URLs on clipboard (or drag them) in
both URL-specific and plain text formats to facilitate pasting (or dropping)
them into other applications.

So make wxURLDataObject in wxGTK a composite data object containing both its
old data object and wxTextDataObject.

62490e9ea7 Use text/uri-list instead of x-moz-url in wxGTK wxURLDataObject. 
The standard exchange format for URLs is text/uri-list and not the deprecated
and Firefox-specific x-moz-url, support for which was moreover implemented
incorrectly anyhow.

Also add an example of copying URLs to the dnd sample.

a1b806b982 Replaced Ok() occurrences with IsOk() throughout trunk. 
Additionally renamed wxOSX' private wxNativePrinterDC::Ok() function to IsOk().

Didn't deprecate the various Ok() functions: given the amount of changes already introduced in 3.0 a trivial one like this seems more suitable for after 3.0.

e808cf8a0a Don't free a string that is managed by wxGtkString, that's the whole _point_ of wxGtkString. 
While we're at it, lets use it some more.

c7d6d88330 Comitted GTK part of clipboard patch, that 
enables non-unicode strings to be seen in
    Unicode apps. This is relevant since KDE
    apps paste non-Unicode text.

ca11abde11 Lots more Unicode fixes. 
wxClipboard fixes for GTK2 and UTF8.
  wxFileConfig now uses wxConvLocal to convert text
    and doesn't crash anymore..

f2593d0dda Calling a Refresh() before the window is created no longer 
gives an assert. Nothing will happen.
  Added wxTreeCtrl::InsertItem( paret, before, ... ),
  Correct some places with incorrectly indented code.
