cf7a7e133b It's possible now to save to a PNG. OK, I still 
have performance problems, but it's a start.

c67daf8777 General tidy-up (mainly typecasts) to allow the use of the SGI native 
compilers (tested on Irix 6.5 with -mips3 -n32).

52cbfcf009 Turned wxIcon inline constructors to real constructors 
Removed warning from dcclient
  Added wxTheFontList->Add(this) somewhere in wxFont
  CleanUp() now printfs the number of members in
    wxTheBitmapList
