8f49300284 image handlers moved to separate headers (imagbmp.h etc.) This change is backward compatible (all hdrs #included in image.h) and reduces executable size under GCC

Made wxBitmap derive from wxGDIObject,

223d09f6b5 replaced T() makro with wxT() due to namespace probs, _T() exists, too 
fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code
compiles and links fine on Solaris, runs with samples and Mahogany

503aa33d55 Added wxSound for Windows support (successful WAV playback on VC++ 5)

PNM decoder uses now wxBufferedInputStream to (to be tested).
Support for G72X is on the road ...
