This port is not used and is not being worked on, so remove it to reduce the
amount of the code which needs to be updated for every global change.
Also remove tests for VisualAge compiler which isn't used since ages.

Make overriding virtual methods more explicit and enable additional checks
provided by C++11 compilers when "override" is used.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Instead of explicitly constructing the flags from the flags that should be
included, construct them by excluding the flags that shouldn't be used. This
makes the code more stable in the sense that it will continue to work when new
flags, such as the upcoming wxDIR_NO_FOLLOW, are added.

It is wrong to use dir.GetName()+"/" to obtain a slash-terminated directory
name as this results in (usually harmless but at best ugly) double slashes at
at the beginning of the string for the root directory. Add GetNameWithSep() to
obtain the correct result in all cases.

The #endif part of a #if wxUSE_LONGLONG check was incorrectly positioned and
excluded the definition of several wxDir methods not related to wxLongLong
when wxUSE_LONGLONG was 0.

There are no real changes in this commit but it removes all trailing white
space from our source files. This avoids problems when applying patches and
making diffs and it would be nice to prevent it from reappearing.

Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

Add wxDir::Make() and wxDir::Remove() for coherency with wxDir::Exists() and document them as simple aliases to wxFileName functions, just a bit more readable.

wxDirTraverserSumSize::GetTotalSize() may, and will, return 0 for empty
directories, this is not an error and so don't treat it as such.

Moved wx/datetime.inl contents to wx/datetime.h and removed
inline redefinition hack.
Implemented STL-like interface on top of wxList/wxArray, when wxUSE_STL=0.
Implemented wxList-like and wxArray interfaces on top of std::list and
std::vector, when wxUSE_STL=1.
Added arrstr.h, moved wxArrayString declaration there; string.h
#includes arrstr.h only if WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_4 is enabled.
Added WX_CLEAR_HASH_MAP, WX_CLEAR_HASH_TABLE, WX_CLEAR_LIST macros,
to clear a wxHashMap, wxHashTable, wxList containing pointers: deletes
pointers and makes container zero-sized.
When wxUSE_STL=1, wxStringList works like a std::list<wxString>.
Made wxBase compile when wxUSE_STL=1.
