89ef594505 Fix wxRegion::Offset() copy on write behaviour in wxMSW. 
Offset the correct, new and unshared, region handle instead of the old and
possibly shared one.

Closes #15690.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

5b130f274e Corrected test for region validity in wxMSW wxRegion::DoOffset(). 
Checking M_REGION is not enough as the region can be invalid (meaning
m_refData dereferenced inside M_REGION is NULL itself) and not just not
initialized, so it resulted in crashes and not just the expected assert
failure when wxRegion::Offset() was called for an invalid region.

5276b0a53c Use wxDELETE() and wxDELETEA() when possible. 
Use wxDELETE[A]() functions which automatically NULL out their arguments after
deleting them instead of doing it manually.

Closes #9685.

9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT(). 
Standardize on using a single macro across all wxWidgets sources and solve the name clash with Sun CC standard headers (see #10660).

8a16d7370e The Great wxRegion Refactoring: 
1. added wxRegionBase class and derive all wxRegions from it
2. also added wxRegionWithCombine for the ports providing Combine() method
   (MSW, OS2 and Mac) to reduce code duplication further
3. made sure region comparison works the same way in all ports (except those
   not implementing it) and added IsEqual() method

c86f1403c3 globally renamed uint to size_t. This has _not_ been checked under Windows, 
although I changed msw files also, so please wait until this evening if you
want to be sure that it compiles. This change should fix 64 bit compilation
problems, but it would be nice to test it...

81d66cf39f wxToolBar API changes; now frames manage their toolbar & statusbar properly; 
client area position is used in SetSize; changes for BC++ & VC++ 1.5;
wxWindow::GetUpdateRegion added; removed wxUpdateIterator; some missing functions
added to process.cpp; bad navigation key event cast fixed; MDI and toolbar samples
updated; new wxMSW wxRegion constructor (WXHRGN)
