87afebd6f2 Inline wxStaticBox ctors in wxGTK 
No real changes, just make the trivial ctors of this class inline for
consistency with the new ctor about to be added.

d6af0236c5 Simplify GTK+ 2 version checks with a helper function 
Use wx_is_at_least_gtk2(minor) instead of gtk_check_version(2, minor)
because it is more clear and also works as expected (i.e. returns true)
when using GTK+ 3 instead of creating difficult to notice bugs in the
code by failing the version check in this case.

c15d804197 Different fix for GetBordersForSizer() 
Try to determine the borders the same way GTK+ does it.
This seems to avoid incorrect results before widget is realized.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

a19d4096a9 Don't hard code horizontal border for wxStaticBox in wxGTK. 
Compute the border width from the average character width instead of hard
coding it to 5 pixels. Probably doesn't make much difference in practice, but
seems to make more sense.

10da53a250 Fix vertical offset for wxGTK wxStaticBox without label. 
Don't use different size for the vertical border in wxStaticBox just because
it doesn't have any label, this just doesn't seem necessary and results in
different appearance for the static box with and without label.

Closes #14430.

80fdcdb90e No changes, synchronised source names that appear commented at the top of files with the actual path to the files. 
Fixed commented names (path, filename, and extension) of files in include/ and src/. Prepended the names in src/ with "src/" everywhere, while starting those in include/wx/ with "wx/".

03647350fc No changes, just removed hard tabs and trailing white space. 
This commit is huge but there are no non-white-space changes in it.

Some files containing third-party sources (src/msw/wince/time.cpp,
src/x11/pango*.cpp) were left unchanged.

9ff9d30c0a Hold a reference on m_widget for the life of the associated wxWindow object.

c1f50b06ec I've now seen 2 or 3 themes that need this extra space in a label-less 
static box, so I'm checking in my GetBordersForSizer change discussed
on wx-dev a few weeks ago.

b2ff89d648 1. changed wxControl::GetLabel() to return the originally provided label and 
not the one stripped from mnemonics (this was inconsistent with the other
   ports and resulted in problems when using wxUpdateUIEvent::SetText())
2. added wxControl::GTKConvertMnemonics(), GTKRemoveMnemonics() and also
   helper GTKSetLabelForLabel() and GTKSetLabelForFrame() wrappers
3. use them instead of duplicating their code in different derived controls

fe161a2685 Controls will readjust their size and minsize when SetLabel or SetFont 
are called.  Fixed up wxStaticText to blend the wxST_NO_AUTOSIZE with
this new functionality.  Made SetBestSize public under the
SetBestFittingSize name.

f40fdaa339 fixed GTK styles handling: 
1. don't modify the style unless something changed
2. use gtk_widget_modify_style instead of gtk_widget_set_style, the latter is not recommended by GTK+ developers

abdeb9e700 Added wxControl::PostCreation for wxGTK. Moved calls to 
InheritAttributes and ApplyWidgetStyle there, and added a call to
SetInitialBestSize.   Also removed calls to Show from Create since
PostCreation already does it.
