Allow using doxytag2zealdb for docset generation

This allows to generate docsets on Linux too and not only macOS as
before, when it required Xcode.

Remove all trailing spaces
...
No real changes, just clean up sources by removing trailing spaces from
all the non-generated files.
This should hopefully avoid future commits mixing significant changes
with insignificant whitespace ones.

Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently.
...
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.
