When launching child processes it can be convenient to be able to switch to
them later, provide a method in wxProcess to do it.
Currently this is only implemented in wxMSW but could almost certainly be done
for wxOSX too (it can be done using Apple Script, so presumably there is a way
to do it programmatically as well) and could be also made to work at least
under some Unix systems by emulating what wmctrl does (or just launching it?).
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Fix warning in assert in wxProcess::SetPriority(): don't compare unsigned
priority with wxPRIORITY_MIN which is just 0, the condition is always true.
Closes#14931.

Fixed commented names (path, filename, and extension) of files in include/ and src/. Prepended the names in src/ with "src/" everywhere, while starting those in include/wx/ with "wx/".

Completed some TODO in wxMMedia (wxSoundUlaw, ...)
Reworked the PCM converted: it should be simpler to add converters now and it is
cleaner.
Implemented status information in wxVideoWindows but it doesn't work on my
Win98SE (UNSUPPORTED_FUNCTION)
Changed *ERR into *ERROR
Added a TODO: we must detect the best format in wxSoundWindows
