bc735a68b1 declare future-deprecated SetStyle(int) in wxPen/Brush and not wxPen/BrushBase as it's useless there (compilation of user code doing pen.SetStyle(wxDOT) still fails)

ac3688c0d8 make the Pen/Brush code backward compatible as discussed on wx-dev; marked the blocks of code to deprecate in future with FUTURE_WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_3_0; add wxCHECK_MSG in all ports to block Get*() calls on invalid objects (as already is for all other refcounted objects and for most ports)

3e6858cdcb introduce wxBrushStyle enum and replace 'int style' occurrences in wxBrush code with 'wxBrushStyle style'; the change is backward compatible and documented in changes.txt

ab7ce33c56 disable use of #pragma interface under Mac OS X 
GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer
Tools update contain a bug concerning #pragma interface handling that can only
be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)

c89f5c02b1 Added missing test in wxObject::Ref() for already 
equal objects (same m_refData).
  Implemented new ref counting for wxBrush, wxPen
    and wxColour (in addition to wxRegion). Also
    inlined some more functions and implemented
    real comparisons.
  Corrected refresh code to update GTK's window-less
    widgets if overdrawn after a wxWindow::Refresh().

Corrected and beautified memory (output)
  Fixed a few memory leaks
  Fixed resizing in in wxRadioBox
  Added many wxFAIL and wxASSERT
  Corrected other wxFAIL (removed from ..::Ok())
  Added wxBrush::Set..() functions
  Added CopyOnWrite support in GDI objects (Unshare)
  Disabled all occurences of WXDEBUG_NEW
  made clean, recompiled with mem_chcking on
