9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT(). 
Standardize on using a single macro across all wxWidgets sources and solve the name clash with Sun CC standard headers (see #10660).

926395e16b Each book control should say what its default orientation. Use this info 
if no alignment style, otherwise assertion will happen in GetPageRect.

87cf52d8ac On screens with restricted space, it's useful to be able to add controls 
to e.g. the wxChoice control of a wxChoicebook. GetControlSizer
allows an app to do that, and we also add a control margin which
may or may not be respected by individual book controls.

eca15c0d54 Added wxTreebook: 
- added the control itself

9f88452895 * Implemented BestSize cache 
* Added calls to InvalidateBestSize where things affecting BestSize
  are modified.  There are probably several other places where this
  still needs to be done...

* Added wxWindowBase::GetBestFittingSize that will merge the BestSize
  into the MinSize, (if any) and return the result.

* SetBestFittingSize will now only set the MinSize to the value that
  was passed to it, without merging in the BestSize
