34e87060c8 Add wxDIRCTRL_DEFAULT_STYLE for consistency with other classes. 
This is, by definition, the style used as default value for the style argument
of wxDirCtrl::Create().

Closes #16525.

01f9accd19 Remove wxPM, wxWidgets port to OS/2. 
This port is not used and is not being worked on, so remove it to reduce the
amount of the code which needs to be updated for every global change.

Also remove tests for VisualAge compiler which isn't used since ages.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

40c7c7f473 Rename wxEVT_DIRCTRL_CHANGED to wxEVT_DIRCTRL_SELECTIONCHANGED.

ce7fe42e84 Provide shorter synonyms for wxEVT_XXX constants. 
Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).

The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

Closes #10661.

84605707d1 Added wxEVT_COMMAND_DIRCTRL_CHANGED for wxDirCtrl selection changes. 
This makes it much simpler to react to the changes in the control, update the
sample to show it.

0d6f66f45c No changes, just some cleanup in wxGenericDirCtrl code. 
Use GetItemData() helper to only write a cast to wxDirItemData in this
function instead of repeating it many times.

See #14790.

80fdcdb90e No changes, synchronised source names that appear commented at the top of files with the actual path to the files. 
Fixed commented names (path, filename, and extension) of files in include/ and src/. Prepended the names in src/ with "src/" everywhere, while starting those in include/wx/ with "wx/".

ef57807f27 Rename wxGenericDirCtrl::ExpandDir() to PopulateNode(). 
This function doesn't really expand anything (unlike CollapseDir()) so give it
a better name while keeping the old one too for compatibility.

See #12735.

c06dde42fe Applied patch [ 1174270 ] small fixes to wxGenericDirCtrl 
Stas Sergeev:

1. CollapseDir() was forgetting to... hrmm, to collapse
the dir...
It was only removing the child elements, leaving the dir
expanded. Missing code added.

2. ReCreateTree(), which, according to the comments, must
collapse and re-open the tree, was not re-opening it.
Fixed.

3. For those who used the bogus ReCreateTree() behaviour
to collapse the tree, I added CollapseTree(). This does
visually what the ReCreateTree() wrongly did before the
patch.

4. Documentation is updated accordingly.

af49c4b8a2 disable use of #pragma interface under Mac OS X 
GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer
Tools update contain a bug concerning #pragma interface handling that can only
be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)

dabd1377ce Added a wxDD_NEW_DIR_BUTTON style for wxDirDialog (currently, 
works for the generic implementation only).
Renamed wxDIRCTRL_EDITABLE to wxDIRCTRL_EDIT_LABELS.
Removed reported memory leaks from dynload.cpp using wxModule --
this may cause problems if other modules want to use wxPluginLibrary.
