1bd09d0950 making the wxContainer select the text field for first child focus instead of choice, so that we have always the same behaviour, since text fields are always focusable, choices only with full keyboard access...

8dc6614e60 Fix wxComboBox constructors after keyboard access commit, not all constructors were setting the parent container pointer. Added Init method and put all the constructors together in the header (rather than being split between h and cpp)

d0770e4a91 Fix DoGetBestSize when wxCB_READONLY is used. The best size of the 
choice shoudl not be truncated in this case since there isn't a
textctrl in this case.
