Embed SVG data of the wx logo into the library itself to make it
available to all wx programs, including the samples. This is a bit
wasteful, but <12KiB is not really noticeable compared to the library
size.
In webview sample toolbar use wxBitmapBundles created from SVG files
instead of XPM bitmaps, as this results in much better appearance in
high DPI.

To enable fullscreen support with WKWebView private API which was
available since macOS 10.11 was used. Beginning with macOS 12.1 this
resulted in unpredictable layout issues inside the webview.
This reimplementation using java script and message handlers does only
use public API. This also makes the fullscreen message more controlable
as the webview does no longer put the containing window in fullscreen
mode without application code intervention. That also unifies macOS with
the way Edge sends this event in MSW.

This wrapper simply combines the calls to MakeAbsolute() and
GetFullPath(), but using it results in shorter and more clear code, so
it seems to be worth having.
The new method allows to set the zoom level more precisely than the
existing SetZoom(wxWebViewZoom).
Also improve the webview sample by using radio menu items instead of
check items and manually resetting them.

Pass wxStrings directly to wxString::Format("%s") and similar
pseudo-vararg functions, there is no need for c_str() there since
wxWidgets 2.9.

Add wxWebViewEvent::GetNavigationAction() returning a value that can be
either wxWEBVIEW_NAV_ACTION_USER for the links opened by the user, or
wxWEBVIEW_NAV_ACTION_OTHER for the other ones (e.g. opened from
JavaScript code on the page).

Still use Connect() in unit tests which were written explicitly for it
and in EventConnector, which can't use Bind() as it uses a variable for
the event type.
No real changes, just use the newer and more convenient function.
When using an out of source build, the files are not in the default wxWidgets directories.
Also search in the current directory, parent directory and sample sub-directories.

There doesn't seem to be any special reason to use wxStyledTextControl
in this sample and doing it unconditionally breaks the build with
--disable-stc, so use wxTextCtrl instead in this case.

This allows the sample to load the initial page when built using macOS
10.11 or later SDK which enables "app transport security" (ATS), which
prevents HTTP connections by default.
This is more annoying than helpful, just run the script without
prompting and do remember the last snippet we ran to show it in the
interactive "Run Script" dialog later if necessary.

There doesn't seem to be any good reason to use wiki.wxwidgets.org
instead of the main site.
There is no need to pass "result" to this function when it's never used
outside of it.
And it can use the correct message depending on the value of its input
instead of having to provide it in the caller.
