191ebf4d45 wxListMainWindow::HitTest no longer tests 'flags' which is garbage 
at this point. HitTesting now working, hurrah!

129caaddf1 wxHelpProvider now cleans itself up. wxTipWindow doesn't 
grab the mouse, but instead deletes itself when it's deactivated
or loses the focus.
