a994f81b94 1. validator fixes: don't eat TAB. Added new SetBellOnError() function to 
suppress _annoying_ bell.

  added wxMB_DOCKABLE and wxTB_DOCKABLE flags
  augmented BETA_VERSION to 4
  prevent wxListBox from sending a list_item_selected
    event when adding the first item to a list that
    is a single selection list using AppendXX()
